Understand plans, AI usage, and credits
Separate chat allowances from media-generation credits and use live UI values instead of stale quota tables.
Two kinds of consumption
AI conversation usage and media-generation credits are related to your membership but are not the same meter. The Usage tab shows conversation allowance, period, and use. Generation actions show their current credit cost near the action and create a task when dispatched.
Do not rely on quota numbers copied from old prompts, screenshots, or tutorials. Plans, promotional grants, and generation costs can change. The Billing, Usage, upgrade, and generation interfaces display the values that apply to your account now.
Billing controls
Billing can show the current plan, billing interval, renewal or access-end date, scheduled plan changes, invoice history, and available cancel or reactivate actions. Manual grants may have different cancellation behavior from a paid subscription.
Plan changes can be immediate or scheduled depending on the action. Read the effective date before confirming, and cancel a pending change from Billing when that control is offered.
Generation task accounting
A task displays cost before dispatch. The backend owns charging, execution, failure, and refund behavior. Avoid repeated clicks while a task is queued or running. If congestion or a provider limit causes a terminal failure, use the visible status and account balance before deciding to retry.
Collaboration does not pool identity
Project membership determines access to shared work, but task streams and balances remain associated with users under the service rules. The project task and asset views can reconcile collaborators' visible outputs without turning all accounts into one billing identity.
